Elizabeth Petrucelli is a Catholic wife and mother first and foremost. She is non-fiction author, public speaker, educator and advocate for families experiencing pregnancy loss. Elizabeth been featured on several radio shows including Colorado Catholic Radio Network. She was a speaker at the International Childbirth Education Association’s annual conference as well for the Catholic Women’s Conference of Denver’s Fall Mini-conference.
Elizabeth has a very diverse background. Having served in the United States Marine Corps, assisted families through childbirth as a birth doula, managed a hospital security program, worked as a reserve police officer, and currently educates families on childbirth, newborn care, and parenting. Elizabeth also runs a bereavement ministry named Dragonflies For Ruby where she assists families through the loss of their child in any gestation.
An educator at heart, Elizabeth Petrucelli works with hospital staff and other birth professionals on how they can best support a woman through early pregnancy loss. She has worked privately with medical clinics in developing and designing miscarriage and pregnancy loss programs including the design of their waiting and ultrasound rooms.
